The Bellator Season 7 Featherweight Tournament final between Rad Martinez and Shahbulat Shamhalaev is heading to Atlantic City for Bellator 83. The card, which will air live on MTV2, will take place at the Caesars Hotel and Casino on December 7. Bellator officials announced the move on Monday.
