Perennial top lightweight Shinya Aoki has joined the ranks of the ONE FC lightweight division. The Japanese submission specialist, who recently came up short in a rematch to former Bellator Lightweight Champion Eddie Alvarez in a rematch of their 2008 DREAM bout, is slated to headline the the promotion's August 31 event, which is slated to be held in the Araneta Coliseum in Manila, Philippines.
