SYDNEY - The UFC's third-ever trip to Sydney was the most successful 'Fight Night' event in the company's history in terms of box office success, according to promotion officials."UFC on FX 2: Alves vs. Kampmann," which took place Saturday at Sydney's Allphones Arena but aired live in the U.S. Friday night on FX, drew a reported 14,537 attendees for a live gate of $2.2 million.
UFC president Dana White revealed the figures at the evening's post-event press conference, which MMAjunkie.com attended.
